Insurance (Options Service)

Customers are responsible for a penalty fee in case of damage and or loss. The fee is as follows:
Device 42,000 Yen, USB Cable 1,500Yen, Charger 5,000Yen, Battery 6,000Yen.

Insurance Options Service:

  • Available in which customer only pays for General and water damage 90% and for Loss and theft 50% of original price during damage and or loss circumstances.
  • Customer shall be arbitrary at the time of an application, and shall give the insurance optional service.
  • Insurance compensates communication facility price and does not compensate the damage which the customer, and the
    third party covered according to the theft.
  • Customer shall submit the certificate of nearby police station issue to application of a theft to us. It cannot be considered valid if
    there is no presentation.
  • An optional service fee is a renewal of 30 days when a rental period is changed by extension, it becomes an automatic renewal of day by day (30), and cancellation in the middle of use cannot be performed.

Rental Description

RENTAL FEE
  • Rental fee occurs no matter whether the device is being used or not.
  • For WIMAX and EMobile are 700 Yen per day, FOMA is 830 Yen per day.
  • Internet access fee is already included in rental.
  • Payment will be summarized by individual month for service plan(s) of more than two months.

PAYMENT
  • Payment can only be made by credit card.
  • Total payment will be calculated by the end of the month.
  • Payment due date will differ depending on the credit card company
  • Bill Statement costs 315 Yen/Month.
  • No receipt will be issued.
FOR CORPORATION SERVICE
  • Payment can only be made by Credit Card.
  • For ordering in large quantity.
